The Tahoe Village HOA Board hired an engineer to review my claim the snow storage mountain of snow is creating more erosion and damage to the pole/pier supports of the 331 Quaking Aspen building.

Jason (Lumos & Associates Engineer) suggests I should pay to protect my building from the increased erosion caused by the Tahoe Village snow storage area.

With the multiple contributing factors a coordinated effort with shared cost between whomever owns the property at 331 Quaking Aspen, the residence to the south and the property in between would be the most viable since all three properties are impacted.
