Here is the QBE Insurance Adjuster's report dated 10/17/24 and 10/22/24.  It was  shared with me on 12/6/24.  There is a number of $24,180 at the bottom.  But very few details about what exactly is being repaired.  Keep in mind, this adjuster was not allowed to look at potential building structural issues.  His scope was only the walkway and deck area.
